FireFox 4 silently loads javascript

I often use the stop loading this page button while browsing to prevent sites from loading ads and other heft displays , but in firefox 4 , i found out that Firefox continues to load the images , loaded by javascript even after the stop button has been pressed

Many websites use javascript to load hefty stuff like images using javascript bad document.write() function.
You might ask why i call this as bad because once a browser comes to a document.write() fuction , it WILL not proceed and load the rest of the page until whatever evil thing(google adsense uses this) in it has been executed!

I have not yet found any way to disable this but have submitted a support cause!
