But do not let your hopes climb above you yet , it is available to a select few users handpicked actually so that only the best of the best blogs get it but the google guys have promised that they will roll it out to all the Blogger in Draft users in a few days.
What we can expect on the new interface includes faster posting , better load speeds and the heavy use of HTML 5 and CCS 3 like their dynamic views.
