Windows 7 , by default has the ability for the logon images to be changed for OEM distributions but it requires the change of the registry and requires a lot of complications but a free utility helps us to do that!
The utility is called Thoosje Windows 7 Login editor.
It is very easy to use , it backs up the default image and you can preview the image you are going to use!
It works in Windows 7 only!
