Run an untrusted application in an SandBox and protect yourself from viruses

Downloaded a program from the internet?Do not trust it?Your Anti-Virus says that it isn't a virus, but you are not sure .Do not want an Anti-Virus eating up your memory? This POST is your answer!

We are going to use an SandBox to solve all the above problems.According to wikipedia the definition of a SandBox is
A sandbox is a security mechanism for separating running programs. It is often used to execute untested code, or untrusted programs from unverified third-parties, suppliers and untrusted users.
The sandbox typically provides a tightly-controlled set of resources for guest programs to run in, such as scratch space on disk and memory. Network access, the ability to inspect the host system or read from input devices are usually disallowed or heavily restricted. In this sense, sandboxes are a specific example of virtualization.
From Wikipedia. So what SandBox are We going to use ? Well I would suggest SandBoxie,It is free and one of the Best.Get it from here.FileHippo.com-Download Sanboxie. Now install it and restart your computer!SandBoxie will start along with Windows, you can see a small kite like icon.
Now double click it , it will open an window showing the default SandBox

Now you can run any program sandboxed and it's contents would be safe, even if you run a virus(DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS U ARE A GEEK!) in it!

Open Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and even if your browser is comprimised, your system is not!
Here is a a  short  video that explains it all.
